Budget Friendly Dinners


I found a great article with a list of 50 great budget dinners and they all sounded wonderful. As I looked at the list though I could see that many of them would not appeal to kids. So, I went through the list and picked the ones I think most children would like. So here they are:

Grilled Cheese and Tomato – Butter outsides of thick sliced bread. Sandwich together sliced tomato and plenty of Monterrey Jack cheese. Grill on medium low heat in a non stick pan until toasted on both sides until cheese is melted.
